Photo Booth Rental FAQ in Evansville, IN

 Travel within 40 miles of Evansville, Indiana is included in our standard pricing. We also serve events throughout Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky, and Southern Illinois. Events outside the included area may require an additional travel fee. 

 Our 360 Photo Booth works best with approximately 10 ft × 10 ft of space. The Mirror Photo Booth requires approximately 4 ft × 3 ft, plus room for the printer table and guest line. The Selfie Photo Booth has a compact footprint and works well in smaller spaces. 

  Yes. We handle setup and teardown of the equipment. Setup is completed before your scheduled rental time so your guests can begin using the booth when your event starts. 

   A professional attendant is included with our 360 Photo Booth and Mirror Photo Booth packages. The standard Selfie Photo Booth is designed for self-service, but an attendant is included when the unlimited print upgrade is added. 

 Yes. We can create custom photo or video overlays featuring your names, event date, colors, logo, or event theme. 

 Depending on the booth, guests can share their photos or videos using options such as QR code, SMS, email, AirDrop, and WhatsApp. Mirror Booth guests can also receive printed photos. 

   Yes. An online gallery of your event content is provided after the event so you can access and enjoy the photos or videos captured during your celebration. 

  Yes. Unlimited prints with an attendant can be added to the Selfie Photo Booth package for $200. 

   Yes. Additional hours may be added based on availability. Contact us before your event for pricing and availability. 

 Yes, depending on weather and location. Outdoor setups should be in a covered, protected area with access to power. Equipment cannot be exposed to rain, extreme heat, or unsafe weather conditions. 

 Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a refund. Credit or debit card refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee and are processed within 15 business days.

Payments are non-refundable for cancellations made 30 days or less before the event, but the amount paid may be applied toward rescheduling or another available photo booth option. Credits must be used within 12 months of the original event date. 

  We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, weddings, graduations, school events, and popular dates. Your date is not reserved until the required deposit has been received.
